Customer referral scheme
10% Hosting Discount:
We will offer a 10% discount off the next annual hosting fee only, for 1 web site hosted on our servers, to any existing customer who refers new clients to us.
The 10% discount will apply for each successful referral and will accrue to a maximum of no more than the value of the next annual hosting invoice for 1 web site. In all cases the discount will only apply if our bid is successful, and will never exceed the total value of 1 year's hosting fees.
The offer is limited to a maximum period each year of 12 months from the previous renewal date, or from the date that hosting commenced, and will end on the expiry date of the current hosting period.
Conditions:
- Our customer must either contact us to make arrangements for us to see a prospective new client, or the new client must contact us and identify the person/company who has referred him.
- It is understood that the discount only applies to existing customers who have a web hosting account with Broken Windows.
- The discount only applies to the next annual fee for space, which must continue to be hosted on our web servers for a period of no less than twelve months following the date of the discounted renewal.
- Payment for the discounted hosting fee must be received by us in full by the due date for renewal (i.e. annually, 1 month in advance).
